REFUND POLICY
1. Refund Eligibility
7-Day Money-Back Assurance: Learners may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
Live Classes: Refunds for live or instructor-led batches are applicable only if the request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled batch commencement date.
2. Non-Refundable Products and Services
Digital Downloads: Any instantly accessible or downloadable digital materials—such as E-books, PDF notes, or other downloadable resources—become non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.
Subscription Renewals: All renewal charges for ongoing subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, learners are required to send an email to admin@sstpro.in with the following details:
Registered email address
Order ID or Transaction ID
A brief explanation for the refund request
Incomplete information may lead to delays in processing.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The credited amount will be returned through the original mode of payment used during purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
